Thursday, October 11, 2018 - Visual: medium yellow, some bubbles
Nose: green apple, straw
Taste: high acid, tart finish, kind of a generic citrus taste. Decent and drinkable, but nothing challenging.
Finish: short, teeth squeak afterwards.
Good with: brie, Swiss? Fish.
