Friday, October 12, 2018 - Decant, decant, decant, decant. I did not find this Bordeaux style, rather classic California with a fruitful nose and intricate in your face taste . It is extremely complex with cherries, berries, darks fruits and an awesome, long lasting finish. Drink or hold. Had this with two other French wines at dinner. It was clearly the wine of the evening. Difficult to resist when opened properly with sufficient time. Quintessential California Cabernet.
