Sunday, June 15, 2008 - This used to be one of the greatest young Champagnes of my life and with almost 20 years on it, its not dissapointing. The color si certainly starting to turn from a slate yellow to more a mauture straw yellow. The wine is still very buscuity on the nose with aromas of elder flowers and hibiscus. The palate is rich and decadent. Superb flavors.
