Friday, October 19, 2018 - Nicely aged Cali Cab with characteristic varietal nose and flavors on the palate, but also a unique spicy note that paired well with cheesy risotto and grilled marinated steak tips. Long finish and grippy tannins indicate that this has the stuffing to hold up a few more years in the cellar.
