Tuesday, October 23, 2018 - This changed a lot throughout the night. From blue cheese and oxidative notes in the beginning, lemon and nutty flavors of almonds and hazelnuts emerged. More lemon, citrus, green apples, and creamy texture on the palate. Long finish.
