Blackberry and cassis dominates. Still has ample structure, but the tannins are submerged and unobtrusive. Tasty, enjoyable, though it's not a great exemplar of Bordeaux character. Probably won't develop that character, either, so drink in the next two years or so while its youthful charms persist.
