Thursday, November 1, 2018 - I have enjoyed previous vintages more than this. Perhaps the pairing of boudins noir et blanc with Brussels sprouts was unsuitable. Enjoyable and moreish as always but perhaps less fragrant than often with a more prominent prune background. Good nevertheless.
