Thursday, November 1, 2018 - Aroma sprang from the crystal and shouted best of Pinot Noir's nasal offerings: Herbally fruited melange of SCM Estate vineyard's blend. The nose was literally so complex that I had to give up guessing what I smelled to taste rich cherry, mushroom tart. Excellent cuvée. Would love to revisit in 3 though it would be hard to say how this could get better.
