Sunday, November 4, 2018 - Lovely, lovely house champagne (produced by Gratien) of course from the Wine Society. Cellared for nearly a year which turbo-boosts every thing about this wine. Any decent NV benefits from a bit of keeping in my experience but I do appreciate that most people are not able to do this in suitable conditions.

Mine were an astonishing 6 for the price of four last year so here’s hoping they do it again this year!
