Monday, November 12, 2018 - Took to a five course tasting menu and the wine sort of stole the show -- each course picked up a different element of the wine, which evolved throughout the dinner, e.g. the vichyssoise with crumbles of potatoes and bacon highlighted the savory, earth and smoke, notes of the wine. A memorable evening.
