Thursday, November 15, 2018 - Very Good.

Clear, medium, ruby to garnet tinge on rim.
Clean, medium (+) nose of dense black cherry, black pepper, violets and grilled meat.
Dry, medium acid, medium sapid, grippy but refined tannins. Medium (+) alcohol (14%), medium (+) body, medium (+) intensity flavours of black cherry, blackberries and pepper. Long.

Very good. A great balance to this wine. Can drink now, though has the potential for future aging, great mix of acid, tannin and concentrated fruit for this develop with.
