Sunday, November 6, 2005 - This was very yummy again, I decanted it and enjoyed it with prime rib. Fully mature aromas of cedar, pencil and red fruit were perfectly ballanced with that Paulliac elegance that I love. A fairly concentrated effort. This was not really showing it's age, but it was great to drink now, I do not think it will improve, but it is far fromover the hill. If only all bordeaux was like this.
