Monday, June 23, 2008 - Chilled 10 mins in freezer, which always benefits the 04 Lorings. Classic unctioyus Loring, nice balanced palate, classic Rosella's nose. A bit of the funk, a bit of the spice (served with a spicy red wine sauce, tho', so it might have been more). All in all, a very fine bottle "for its type"... which I like.
