Tuesday, November 27, 2018 - Disappointing. Perfect provenance. Perfect cork. Opened up very oxidatively, tired smelling, with a very heavy dose of pickle juice. The palate was decent, so my hope was that with some further aeration this would blow off and improve which it did. Marginally. However I expected more.
