Monday, December 3, 2018 - Very good tonight. High acidity and drive, then with air it broadens a bit, with bitter finish, and just a hint of sherry notes. But after more time in open bottle, it again begins to gain energy again and to find balance between that striking acidity and some secondary flavors.
