Thursday, December 6, 2018 - A little bit of a conundrum. Brought it for dinner and the sommelier and I thought that the wine was dead. Opened a 2013 Dugat Py Corton Charlemagne as a substitute, and that was a beauty. Now back to the conundrum. I decided to bring the wine back home. Re-tried it the next 2 days...and lo and behold, the wine was back from the dead. Not as good as I thought it could be, but nonetheless, back from the dead. Same with some nice Chevalier acidity and fruits. Not much on the mineral front though....Still, it was completely different from when it was frist opened.
