Saturday, December 8, 2018 - Saltwater taffy, candied lemon peel. poached apple. light honey. lite gunsmoke and crushed oyster shells on the nose. medium weight, showing some evolution but acid is ripping till the finish. lightest bit of reduction salty sea shells, textured on the palate. DELISH!! An amazing bottle. Showing better than when tasted last year. Still has long life ahead.
