Sunday, December 9, 2018 - Lovely auslese still drinking quite well. Aromas of petrol and apricots. Plenty of white fruit, honey, and wonderful minerality. Solid acidic core offsets the sweetness nicely. Been drinking from coravin all this past week and has satisfied on each occasion.
