Monday, December 10, 2018 - I would agree with arvidpalmqvist. I think this is a well balanced, and elegant version of the Teroldego. It’s never been a ‘big’ wine...but more a wine of place where elegance and poise are valued over power and oak. For me, this is exactly what i’d Hope for. Light-medium body, high acid, vibrant fruit, without being ‘candied’ and a hint of earth on the nose. Pair this with food that highlights the simplicity or basic elements of a dish. Excellent!!!
