Monday, December 10, 2018 - Pop and pour and tatsed with food (ribeye steak and a home made foccacia, in case you were wondering). Followed for over three hours.
Saved half in a 375 ml bottle.
Ruby color. Clear.
Nose offers fresh berries and some spice.
Nice red fruited wine with good acidity that makes this bright and light in texture. Slight herbal note.
Enjoyable.
