Wednesday, December 12, 2018 - Popped and poured. Aroma of lemon and flowers. Tart pear flavor with elements of slate, stone fruit and orange peel. Concentrated apricot finish. Vibrant, firm acid, well structured, some complexity. There's a lot there for the price.
