Thursday, December 13, 2018 - This is way better than I expected. Stewed cherries and toasted vanilla on the nose. A tempting tart cherry note hits the palate on impact then black fruit, cola, and red licorice are revealed. A fruit bomb for sure but not like some of the rocket fuel coming out of Paso these days. I wasn't expecting to enjoy this so much, but this is a delicious wine.
