Thursday, December 20, 2018 - What a surprise! Nicely matured and soft. Ripe cooked fruits, raisins and figs. But also a meaty nose with leather ans forest stuff. Tannines fully integrated and a small sweetish note. Medium long finish, medium complex. Had it with jugged hare shaped in a pie ��
