Friday, December 21, 2018 - Decanted due to detected trapped CO2 and minor, vaguely sulfury funkiness. Two small pours consumed over 45 minutes, and the funk and spritz subsided but never totally went away. It seemed this could be a nice peppery Rhone red, but to find out, it was going to need more air time than I could give it on the evening.
