Saturday, December 22, 2018 - A bit coarse and simplistic. A notch above supermarket Syrah/Shiraz with some savory notes. Serves as a decent foil for spicy foods that otherwise would be accompanied by Zin or (god no..) Malbec: BBQ, Soy braised beef, etc.
