Monday, December 24, 2018 - Not the best Montrose ever but very approachable and a great value. Nose consisted of damp leaves and forest floor. A little bit funky on the palate... no surprise given this was only open for two hours before serving. Plenty of plum and cassis on the palate with a bit of mushroom. Moderate to light tannins. Drink now.
