Monday, December 24, 2018 - PnP. The cork was soaked to the top with some staining on top of cork. But no worries - a beautifully complex wine. Initially mostly about honeyed tart dried apples and apricots and baked meyer lemons. But with a little air, herbs, minerals with edges of dark caramel add to the mix of fruit for a lovely, complex wine. Elegant with the fantastic acids adding life and vivacity. Best showing yet.
