Wednesday, November 28, 2018 - Brought to restaurant. After decanting, drank best during hour 2. There's some sharp edges, and we felt it was better with food. med to med+ acidity, med+ body, length of finish varies throughout the night however. Quite yummy at its best during hour 2, then faded slightly.
First of 3 bottles, will try again in another 2-3 years
