Monday, December 31, 2018 - Subtle nose of lime, orange and floral notes. On the palate this is a multi-dimensional thrill. A minerally salty lime beginning, unfolding to fleshy peach fruit, then kicking backing into a stronger lemon and lime flavour with cream and a strong acidity which gives it a very long finish. Lovely wine. Drink now or keep for a few years.
