Friday, July 4, 2008 - ultra ripe and rich wine. Dark berries, milk chocolate, great vanilla, and toasty oak. Just spot on. Had incredible structure, layer after layer of different flavors exploding on the palate. The core of this wine, highlighted by the oak, was dense and pure, but drank outstanding now. No decanting on this wine. Perfectly integrated.
