Sunday, January 6, 2019 - The 1985 was fantastic, quite wild, a bit animalistic, spicy and peppery with reddish fruit, lots of earth and the spice you also have in aged Rioja and Ribeira del Duero. Its texture was super fine and silky, but it had a great backbone of residual tannin and acidity. Explosive and long finish.
