Monday, January 14, 2019 - The wine is still drinking well but its definitely time to drink up. Its past the peak and will drop off reasonable fast I suspect. Its light to medium bodies with the pepper and meaty notes showing strongly. Still a perfect match with a spag bol or a spicy meat dish. It has lost the freshness of youth but still more than happy drinking this as a dinner wine.
