Likes this wine:

Thursday, January 17, 2019 - color of 18ct. Gold; fragrant nose, quite sugary.
On the palate the first impression it is rather light and fleeting. The sweetness is nicely balanced by the acidity.
Slightly bitter and medium long finish. Not very complex and a bit one-dimensional.
The color suggests that this wine is already rather developed; I am not sure that further age will add much in the way of complexity..
Reopened on day 3 and poured into the Riedel Sauternes glass( before it was poured in the Riedel Port glass): Tasted a completely changed wine, much better, more fragrant and complex than on the first night. Now it was a real pleasure to drink!
Don't know what caused the change? Was it the different glass or the fact that the wine had an opportunity to breathe?
