Saturday, September 15, 2018 - An incredible birthday dinner: Cliniced/recorked in 1998. Licorice, blackcurrant, vanilla, toast, beef stock and meat. Holding up really well, with good structure and fruit density still present. In excellent condition but just doesn't have the depth and wow factor of some other wines tonight.
