Friday, February 1, 2019 - Golden yellow color, very fine bubbles. Nose very buttery, marzipan, pineapple and flowery citrus, golden apple. Long finish, lush in the mouth, fizz still ok but losing a bit of freshness. Ideal for food pairing as it went very well with grilled octopus.
