Wednesday, January 9, 2019 - Tasted after 2017 Vaillons 1er Cru. Lots of minerality and depth on the nose, pure fruit, herbs. Very precise and bright on the palate, rather tight, not showing lots of fruit at this stage. Almost piercing acidity, very mineral, very long. Excellent, but needs time. 93-94+
