Thursday, February 14, 2019 - Simultaneously focused and diverse. Golden apple, concentrated preserved lemon, alpine meadow, pressed chamomile, almond. Savory rock salt quality. Still quite vibrant, in contrast to the CellarTracker reviews for the vintage, though would agree that it should be enjoyed presently. Slightly hot, even though 12%abv
