Monday, February 4, 2019 - Weekly tasting group RWP #319; 4 random flights of 3 wines (@ BS): Red and dark berries as well as some mint in the bouquet. On the palate chocolate, dark berries, sweet spices, red berries, beautiful acidity and tannin with a very pleasant bite. Beautiful and mature wine with still a future of a few years, but no real reason to wait any longer. The wine is at its peak now.
