Monday, February 18, 2019 - Immediately..... it is strikingly bright, and then at mid palette it becomes creamier and just so much more in mouth texture. Fruits are reserved and this wine is much more defined by by complex flavors of bramble and forest floor. It has a lively acidity which needs more time to resolve. Hold another 1-2 years.
