91 Points

Saturday, February 23, 2019 - Fermented and aged in a combination of neutral French oak and clay amphora.
Intriguing on the nose with detailed scents of lychee, melon, pear, guava, lime zest and white peach with additional aromas of river rock, fresh thyme, coriander and jasmine flowers.
The palate has a nice weight and an unctuous, creamy, almost waxy texture. Moderate-plus acidity lifts the palate. Flavors of lychee, guava, lime zest, tropical melon and white peach that brings in notes of herbs, jasmine, flowers, coriander, riverstone and minerals. The finish lingers pleasantly.
