Thursday, March 7, 2019 - Zachys La Paulée "Warm-up" Dinner (Lafayette - New York NY): Small glass, brief note. This had been open almost 6 hours before I tasted it. Lots of mature red fruits, plus lots more sweet spice. Good weight and length, with even better balance.
