Saturday, February 9, 2008 - Beautiful, deep, golden honey colour - surprising for such a young wine. Lifted exotic notes of apricot, pineapple and lychees. Candied pineapple and golden syrup too. Rich, unctuous and creamy on the palate, with a controlled zing of acidity. A little apple and lime present amongst the exotic fruits and caramel. Absolutely delicious.
