Sunday, March 10, 2019 - Dark rose from Georgia made with the aladasturi grape. Floral nose, passionfruit, a bit natural/skin contact/phenolic tasting. Decanted for ~30 min and is much more integrated. A bit of a plain yogurt lactic note underneath tropical fruit and citrus. Nice structure that stood up to Thai red curry, and was refreshing enough to balance it. Would be a nice porch pounder on a hot day.
