Very light yellow colour with a stream of very fine bubbles. Minerals and stones at first on the nose before showing citrus flowers and
Palate is youthful with butter pears before the lemon citrus acidity takes over from the mid to the nice long finish. Despite its acidity, this is filled with finesse and elegance and showing much less oak compared with earlier vintages of this cuvée, which to me is a positive feeling.. Still very youthful right now, but with added cellar time this should open up very well.
🍾Probably best 2023-2038
