Thursday, March 14, 2019 - On the second night. Deep black cherry colour with a thin ruby hue. Hot tar dominates the aroma, hard to detect anything else. Blackberry, blueberry and plum. Bitter chocolate, some herbs. Full body, a bit smoother on the first night. Balanced smooth tannin, acidity is a bit sharp. Definitely better on the first night.
