Friday, March 8, 2019 - La Paulée de New York - The Verticals (Eventi Hotel - New York NY): Tasting, brief note. Alluring nose of ripe apple, baked apple, spring flowers. Very good weight throughout, the palate starts out rich and beckoning, gets leaner and more precise in the middle, then finishes rich once gain. Very good length.
