Saturday, January 5, 2019 - 3 days in Niagara; 1/4/2019-1/6/2019: 14.6% alcohol. Blackberry, cranberry, plum and cherry. Good flavour profile on the palate, with good fruit weight and fine tannins to support. Some spice to give it an extra dimension. Builds well across the palate and finishes with good length. Very well balanced considering the higher alcohol %.
