Tuesday, March 26, 2019 - Nose of smoke, charred game meat, dark plums, and walnuts. Sweet salty fruit on the palate with a dense dry tannic base and a lovely floating acid finish. Fresh, deep, and delicious, balanced. 50 + 17 + 17 + 9 = 93.
