Wednesday, March 27, 2019 - Tightfisted and dark when you first open the bottle. This needs a long decanting.
Lots of evolving fruit flavors once it gets going. Swings from tart red fruits, silky dark fruit, all the way to black cherry cola.
Still fairly youthful after 10 years.
