Wednesday, March 20, 2019 - Medium yellow in color. Expressive aromas of yellow flowers, flint, peaches, spice and yellow citrus. Ripe and lush on the palate shows mouth coating extract of spicy and citrus poached orchard pit fruits, good acidity, hint of honey & melted butter on the very long finish. In spite of all the perils of aging white burgundy, it is magic when it gets there without any oxidized notes.
